Right of withdrawal within 14 days
GamesandComics.it allows you to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the purchase of the product (excluding products for which the right of withdrawal is excluded by law). Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The withdrawal follows the rules below:
- New video games with the guarantee seal and all those items in sealed packages (such as blisters) that have already been opened by the buyer and for which it is no longer possible to return an intact package as purchased, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
- Digital products like gift cards are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

You will be contacted as soon as possible by our staff to agree on the date, delivery time and refund method.
- If you decide to take advantage of the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, you will be refunded the price paid for the item and shipments. The costs for any gift boxes and the costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
In the event that the returned product should present damage and wear and tear resulting from incorrect handling of the same by the purchaser, gamesandcomics.it may withhold part of the refund assessed on the defect present on the product.

The refund relating to the item for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised, will take place within a maximum time of 14 working days from receipt of the product. gamesandcomics.it will retain the refund amount until receipt and subsequent evaluation of the product returned by the customer.
If you have received a damaged, defective product or it is not what you have ordered, we will replace it. In this case, the customer must send the wrong or damaged product to Games & Comics s.r.l. Via 3 Settembre 25 Customs San Marino 47891 with our authorization.
We will refund the shipping costs incurred by the customer and send the replacement product. If it is not possible to replace the product, we will proceed with the refund following the times indicated above.
